剧情简介 《粮食的未来》是2004年的一部纪录片。由Deborah Koons执导，Charles Benbrook、Grace Booth、乔治·W·布什等联袂主演。粮食的未来，又名The Future of Food。THE FUTURE OF FOOD offers an in-depth investigation into the disturbing truth behind the unlabeled, patented, genetically engineered foods that have quietly filled U.S. grocery store shelves for the past decade. From the prairies of Saskatchewan, Canada to the fields of Oaxaca, Mexico, this film gives a voice to farmers whose lives and livelihoods have been negatively impacted by this new technology. The health implications, government policies and push towards globalization are all part of the reason why many people are alarmed about the introduction of genetically altered crops into our food supply. Shot on location in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, The Future of Food examines the complex web of market and political forces that are changing what we eat as huge multinational corporations seek to control the world's food system. The film also explores alternatives to large-scale industrial agriculture, placing organic and sustainable agriculture as real solutions to the farm crisis today. The Future of Food reveals that there is a revolution going on in the farm fields and on the dinner tables of America, a revolution that is transforming the very nature of the food we eat.

灰姑娘 说：最近因为俄乌战争，石油上涨，所以就连92的油费都破9了，是啊！正如每个人都感慨的那样，只会越来越贵！而让我没有想到的是，妈妈的面粉也说涨价了不少？！看完这部纪录片后，似乎明白了，也真正知道了资源为什么会因为人类而被枯竭！粮食生产的工业化，化肥和运输等等都需要用到石油，而这也是间接性导致一切上涨的缘由。希望每个人都可以接触到这部纪录片，学会节约！
Flora 说：在最贫困的国家，当地人民饿着肚子睡觉，却在为发达国家生产粮食蔬菜；却要为本国政府的生物能源生产让出土地；粮食不仅仅是技术问题（技术还在帮倒忙），更是政治问题。 自己动手丰衣足食，利用好每一寸的土地与每一分能量，控制自己的贪欲，不浪费，不要再想当然了，要更明智更健康地饮食。
铭心 说：讲了很多很全面。而且我觉得最好的事他看问题一直都用两方面来看，对食品贸易，从外国进口食品，印度的绿色革命，以及备受争议的转基因食物，都认真地访问了相关的专家，听取不同的说法，真的好认真。
